Amy, I don't know if anyone answered your gift card question yet. When you click on your page to cash out, it takes you to the page that says all you can do (which you already know). Click sign out at the very top of the page in the corner. Then sign back in and click the page where you cash out again. It should take you to that page. I think Gather started doing this as an extra security measure but it sure is a pain in the behind sometimes. Hope that helps...
